Richmond County Elementary School receives Title I funds to operate a school wide program.  In order to more effectively meet the needs of all students, RCE will begin to implement a Response to Intervention (RtI) model during the 2011-12 school year.  More detailed information about programs offered at RCE is available by clicking on the Program Information link on the left side of this page.  

RCE was designated as a school in improvement, year one, during the 2010-2011 school year.  Having achieved AYP in the areas which identified the school as needing improvement (Reading Performance, in economically disadvantaged and African-American/Black subgroups), RCE is designated as being in improvement, year one holding for the 2011-2012 school year.  To view information about Public School Choice and Supplemental Educational Services offered at RCE, follow the link to the Public School Choice and Supplemental Services Report located on the left side of this page.
