All students enrolling in Richmond County Public Schools must provide a birth certificate, social security card, an up to date physical with an immunization record, and a completed registration form.
Please be aware that Virginia state law makes it a crime to provide false or inaccurate information to enroll a student in school.

Elementary students transferring to schools from other systems in Virginia or from out-of-state must meet certain state medical requirements, and documentation must be presented before the children may attend school. The requirements include
>a complete physical examination by a licensed physician within the 12 months preceding enrollment
>immunization against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, rubella, red measles, and mumps
For children born on or after January 1, 1994, a minimum of three  doses of Hepatitis B vaccine is required.
