On January 9, 2012, Richmond County Public Schools sent home letters to remind parents to maintain current school health records. Students with known allergies to food and /or insects stings were given Allergy Action plans to be completed by their parent/guardian and physician. In the event of an allergic reaction during school hours, this form provides step by step directions as to how to manage each child’s allergy. If you have any questions regarding your child’s health, please feel free to contact their respective school nurse.
