Wednesday - Teacher Work Day

Thursday - Wacky Thursday: Wear your best mismatched outfit

Friday - Hooray for MTLC Day: wear your Raider gear or red

Fall 2021 Pre-School Enrollment

The Virginia Preschool Initiative Program (VPI) is a pre-school program open to four-year-old children who meet eligibility requirements. The program is intended to provide four-year-olds with access to a free, quality early childhood education experience in preparation for a strong transition into kindergarten. The program is designed to promote a child's school readiness skills and social competencies through attention to education, family support and collaboration.

Eligibility for the preschool program is based on the age of the child, income of the family, and other at-risk factors.

Must be 4 years old by September 30, 2021

The Three Little Pigs

Mrs. Goodwyn’s pre-k class read “The Three Little Pigs” during their building blocks unit. Students used what was read about in the story to re-create and build the different buildings from the story. Students built the pig’s houses using various items.
